National museum of the Health Insurance
The Musée national de l’Assurance maladie in Lormont in a 19th century castle, is now the only place in France to preserve and pass on the history of social protection by offering a true journey to the heart of solidarity.
Among the young people, who are the social security contributors of tomorrow, the Museum raises awareness of the values, assets and challenges of social protection. To the general public, it contributes to the duty to remember the great social achievements and sheds light on today's challenges.
