On the eve of its 5th anniversary, La Table de Montaigne, fine dining restaurant of the Palais Gallien Hôtel & Spa, is opening a new chapter in its history with the arrival of the talented and renowned Chef Oli Williamson.
After perfecting his skills in prestigious kitchens around the world, Oli Williamson, as Chef of La Table de Montaigne, offers a vision of cuisine based on collaboration, quality products, flavours and respect for the environment.

Your Bordeaux gourmet restaurant, La Table de Montaigne, has welcomes up to 28 covers and is open from Tuesday to Saturday evenings and for lunch from Wednesday to Saturday.
