Palais des Sports

The sports hall returns to its original sports function.
It is a complete restructuring of the premises with the playing area brought back to the original ground level to recover the first 5 rows of bleachers and gain 650 additional seats (maximum gauge in basketball configuration: 2700 seats).
Changing rooms with sanitary facilities and dedicated premises will be set up in the basement for the practice of sports. In total, the Palais des Sports represents a space of 5300 m2.

The architectural part consists in highlighting the skeleton of the structure constituted by the concrete porticoes over 6 meters high. The project is also characterized by the desire to bring natural light into the interior of the building by piercing large openings: the concrete of the upper crown will be replaced by glass; in the same way, the demolition of the floors of the corridor
