La Manufacture Le Bayon

La Manufacture Le Bayon is an handmade workshop for charcuterie, pastries, and catering, located at 23 rue des Frères Bonie, opposite the Courthouse. Clotilde and Loïc produce everything on their own according to seasonality. They have carefully selected every local producers they work with.

In a savory showcase, you will find Loïc's specialty: pâtés en croute ; as for example the one made with foie gras, hazelnuts, free-range pork and duck breast. But you will also find marbled ham, trout gravlax, meat terrines, taramasalata, a selected range of cheeses, and many other delights for the aperitif.

For sweet cravings, you will be tempted by Clotilde's pastries of the moment: seasonal fruits tartlets, filled donuts, rolled brioches...

You can take away or eat on site every products at any time. At lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday they offer 3 daily specials which change every week, including a vegetarian option.
On Saturday, it’s Brunch day on the menu. However, you have the opportunity to choose from the à la carte menu

Finally, to delight every taste-buds, pick out the delicatessen they make: pork terrines, potted meat, hummus, pickles, crackers, biscuits, jams, etc. More than 35 wine references from the Bordeaux area will go well with your food selection.
