The Graves region is the cradle of Bordeaux wine. Located in the heart of the vineyards, the Maison des Vins de Graves in Podensac, has been promoting the local wines since 1981. This beautiful century-old building has several large function rooms as well as a professional tasting room. The Maison des Vins is open to the public, and sells some 300 different Graves wines at cellar door prices. These include red wines and dry or sweet white wines from the Graves and Graves Supérieures appellations, as well as wines from the Pessac-Léognan appellation, including classified growths.
