Miam is the specialist in the design and organization of tourists events and gastronomic tours in Bordeaux and Nouvelle Aquitaine. From gourmet walks with cultural discovery, to cooking classes with a chef, from individuals to groups, we study your needs to make a tailor-made proposal and «turnkey».

"L'épicurieuse "

3H from 10 am to 1 pm
Discovery of the Capucins market, old Bordeaux with a guide and tastings of craft products selected for their quality.
5 gourmet stops: Epices, canelé, tastings and a visit to an “art gallery bakery”, charcuterie and local beer in a local grocery store, cheese and wine on a stand in the Capuchin market. Every day except Sunday and Monday.

“Food Tour et repas"

3H3O - from 10.30 am to 2pm or 5.30 pm to 9pm
Discovery of the city, 2 tastings and a lunch or dinner (starter, main course, a glass of wine). Division into a subgroup of 20 pax for the gourmet getaway. Meeting of the group for meals. Possible formula in place privatized with supplement.

Visit of a mythical market with tastings
Lunch consisting of dishes that have been concocted (main course, dessert). Wine and aperitif included.
