Le Gabriel
Located on the Place de la Bourse in Bordeaux, the iconic restaurant Le Gabriel is owned since 2019 by the Boüard de Laforest family, owner of Château Angelus in Saint-Émilion.
In an elegant 18th-century building, Le Gabriel provides breathtaking views of the Place de la Bourse, the Miroir d’Eau and the Garonne.
Under the guidance of Chef Bertrand Noeureuil, Le Gabriel celebrates hospitality on three floors: a bar on the ground floor, the bistro Le 1544 on the first floor and a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant L’Observatoire on the second floor.
