ComplanTerra
ComplanTerra was born from a desire to promote good drinking and good eating. Fusion of two words, ComplanTerra refers to complantation, on the one hand, which is a synonym of polyculture, and to Terra, on the other hand, a Latin word which designates our planet Earth, our terroirs, which we must preserve. Specialized in the sale of organic, biodynamic and natural wines from all over France, ComplanTerra is both: a wine merchant, a wine bar and tasting courses in the Saint Paul district of Bordeaux. Our winemaker partners and artisan delicatessen/cheese makers all have one thing in common: great respect for the living and the nature that surrounds them. These are the values that are particularly important to us and that we wish to transmit through our place and our products.

Complanterra only offers organic, biodynamic and natural wines and is attentive to its waste management (plastic, paper, business cards).The produce on the menu also comes from environmentally-friendly production methods (organic farming, sustainable fishing, local produce, etc.).
