Château Olivier
Situated in the heart of a vast wooded estate, Château Olivier, a former seigneury, emerges from its woods as if in a clearing. The estate has belonged to the Bethmann family since the 19th century. The wine of Château Olivier was classified in 1953, both red and white. Six different grape varieties are grown on 60 hectares of gravelly soil on a clay-limestone base. The wines, widely distributed throughout the world by the Bordeaux wine trade, are very great wines for laying down.
BookSustainable approach
The Château Olivier is certified High Environmental Value, ISO 14001 for its environmental management and is in the process of obtaining Organic Agriculture certification.Practical information
