Château d'Agassac has a CSR charter, is certified High Environmental Value, Terra Vitis, and ISO 14001 for its responsible viticulture and environmental management.The team at the château can testify to the estate's commitment to eco-responsibility: "Since 2003, Agassac's ongoing commitment has been to achieve overall performance in terms of not only its products, but also the environment and society as a whole. The estate has been Terra Vitis certified since 2003. No CMR-type toxic products have been used in the vineyards since 2009. In 2019, 69% of the phyto products used were organic and biocontrol products, the quantities of active ingredients applied (excluding biocontrols) were down 34% on 2009, and no weedkillers were used. In the winery, the volume of water consumed is significantly down on 2009. Here, everything is thought through to protect the safety of consumers, neighbours and operators. "
