Since its acquisition in 2015 by brothers Julien and Ghislain MIAILHE, the château has flourished by cultivating various grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. These three varieties thrive on 20 hectares of diverse soils, ranging from pure gravel to gravel on clays, and even clay-limestone.

The vineyard plots of Château Carrosse Martillac, neighboring prestigious estates like Château Smith Haut Lafitte and Château Larrivet Haut Brion, attest to the exceptional quality of its terroirs. With the highest plot in all of Pessac-Léognan, optimal aging of Cabernet Sauvignon vines is ensured.

The MIAILHE family, concerned about preserving the environment and the health of their lands, has implemented environmentally friendly practices, being awarded HVE3 (High Environmental Value) certification in 2019.
